Fitted Hat Co. is the fitted, Flexfit and snapback cap brand of Battle Born Clothing, a custom apparel decorator at 3 Pebble Beach Dr, Yerington, NV 89447. One shop, one team, shipping nationwide.

What we run

• Two commercial single-head embroidery machines: a Happy HCD2-1501 and a YunFu 15-needle, with Rapos thread and Maggie magnetic cap frames
• An OMTech 80-watt CO2 laser for leather patches, in use since 2020
• A two-platen VEVOR hat press for our heat-glue patch process
• Screen printing (plastisol, water-based, discharge) with a conveyor dryer, for the shirts that go with the caps
• DTF transfers through DTF Tribe in Carson City, pressed in-house

Where the blanks come from

SanMar (Reno warehouse first, then the next closest), S&S Activewear, Zapped Headwear as a dealer and Decky direct. We are an authorized decorator for Carhartt, Nike and OGIO. New Era is quoted per job through SanMar.
