Custom fitted team hats for leagues and programs
Travel ball programs, adult leagues and tournament organizers order fitted-look caps with a puff letter on the front and sometimes a flat script on the side. Battle Born Clothing sizes, stitches and ships them in 28 days from proof.
Who they are
Program directors, team parents and league commissioners buying caps for several teams at once, usually with one shared mark and a per-team color.
What they order
- Flexfit 6297F on-field or 6210 in team colors with a 3D puff letter
- Flexfit 6277 for coaches and staff
- Fan caps on a YP 6089M snapback sold at the gate
A realistic job
A youth program orders 72 Flexfit 6297F caps across three teams, same puff letter, three colorways. Puff is quoted per design after we see the letter. The flat alternative would be 72 × $6.50 = $468.00 decoration plus one $18.99 digitizing fee plus 72 blanks at the quoted 6297F price. Mixed colors and sizes stay in one tier because the logo is the same.
| Qty | All-in each | Order total | Digitizing |
|---|---|---|---|
| 72 | $19.00 | $1,368.00 | $18.99 |
What to send
- Logo or letter as vector art
- Quantity per color and per size (use our sizing chart)
- In-hand date, especially for opening day
