When to order the 110 instead of the 112
When the crew wears the cap all day and does not want a snap on the back, or when the brand wants a fitted feel on a trucker. Two sizes cover most adults. If you cannot collect sizes, order the 112 snapback.
Decoration options
- Flat embroidery, front panel, up to 6,000 stitches: $7.00 per cap at 12-47, $5.00 at 80+, plus $18.99 one-time digitizing.
- 3D puff embroidery on the front: quoted per design. Puff + flat combo uses one digitizing fee.
- Laser-engraved leather patch, glued: $8.00 per cap at 1-23, $7.50 at 24-47, then $0.50 less every 24 pieces down to $4.00 at 192+. Sewn-on adds $4–6 per hat, quoted with the job.
